Hazmat up, bring green + blue + 1 fuse. Loot the open yard crates toward the puzzle building, power the circuit, beat the timed switches, then run green → blue for the payout room and the Red Keycard spawn. Recycle everything on-site across the 3 recyclers before you leave.
